Mopar Maritime General Meeting
General Meeting
Mopar Maritime will be holding it's Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, November 18th at 7 pm at the Kinsmen Community Centre , 71 First Lake Drive, Lower Sackville, NS
All members are encouraged to attend. It is an opportunity for members to put forward their ideas and suggestions to help shape the future of the club.
We will be presenting a membership report.
There will be a preliminary video presentation for our second annual "Mopars at First Lake" club meet.
The general meeting will also feature the election of the new executive for the upcoming year.
Nominees for the following positions can be made by email and seconded at the meeting by another member.
President
Vice President
Treasurer
Secretary
Membership Director
There will be an agenda sent to all members and issues to be voted on can be done so by proxy for those members unable to attend.
We are asking all members to reply and let us know whether or not they will be attending this meeting by November 14, 2010.
There will also be club apparel available for purchase.
There will be door prizes, refreshments and a cash bar will be open.
